The first ever Lake Charles Pride Festival was held on September 19, 2009 at the Civic Center Amphitheater in downtown Lake Charles, LA.  The Festival included live entertainment, information booths, vendors, and artist.  Overall, the festival was an incredible success!  Good vibes were in the air all day long as the attendance soared over 1,000 people.  

Thanks to everyone who was involved in putting this event together, and thanks to every single person who came out to support and enjoy the festival.  If you missed the 2009 festival, we hope you get the chance to come out in 2010 to see what the hype is all about.  By getting involved with Lake Charles Pride, you are helping make Lake Charles a better place for all SWLA citizens to live and prosper.
